Dear guests, please read the terms and conditions of use of the accommodation carefully. By staying at "Borik residence 2024", it is understood that you accept all the conditions listed below.
The reservation process begins with an inquiry in the Contact form, by sending an email directly or by contacting the specified mobile phone number. After the date of stay has been agreed, it is necessary to make an advance payment of 30% of the agreed final price. When the payment is visible on the account, the guest will receive a confirmation of the reservation by e-mail in the form of a .pdf document. In case of cancellation or change of booking date, our cancellation policy below will apply. By paying the advance payment, the guest accepts the "Reservation cancellation conditions".
If the guest decides to cancel the reservation 30 days before the date, the deposit will be refunded in full. The reservation date can be changed if the guest sends a notification at least 30 days before the date of the reservation. If the guest decides to cancel the reservation within 30 days before the date, the deposit will not be refunded. The remaining amount of the reservation is paid one week before arrival.
During the stay in the accommodation, the guest undertakes to keep the accommodation tidy and respect the house rules. Smoking is not allowed in the building. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the garden.
"Borik residence 2024" is not responsible for any damage, injury or loss that may arise from the use of the accommodation or related facilities in the accommodation. Guests are responsible for their own property during their stay.
The protection of guests' personal data is regulated by our privacy policy.
The administrator reserves the right to change the stated terms of use.
